Troubleshooting

If you already have a user ID and password, but can't get into the site, please check the following:

  • the password is case-sensitive; 'MyPassword' is not the same as 'mypassword', so make sure you enter it exactly the same as when you created it
  • if you have forgotten your user ID or password, go to the password reminder page and follow the instructions there
  • if you still cannot get access, please email the site manager and we will try to resolve the problem
